CICSA one-piece plain wheels for bucket elevators are suitable for chain ends DIN 764 and chain ends DIN 766 as well as chain shackles DIN 5699 and chain shackles DIN 745.
Made of special alloy steel, these wheels have high wear resistance; they are for rear mounted buckets (version with lateral supports) or side mounted buckets (without lateral supports on request).
CICSA one-piece plain wheels are available with additional induction tempering of the area of contact with the chain, as well as with peripheral relief slots for material discharge. Wheels can be bored and keyed according to request.
