Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, CICSA has established a secure, anonymous, and user-friendly channel for submitting whistleblowing reports, ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the individuals involved, and the content of the report.

Whistleblowing reports, which should be as detailed as possible, must pertain to legal violations that compromise public interest or the integrity of the company.

Employees and/or external stakeholders who wish to file a report can access the portal and anonymously input the wrongdoing to be reported, along with any supporting documentary evidence, using the designated form.

Once the report is submitted, the sender will receive an identification code for the submitted report.

The reports will be sent to the designated email address managed by the Whistleblowing Report Handler, who will handle them with complete confidentiality.
The following are not considered whistleblowing reports and will therefore not be taken into account:

  • Disputes, claims, or personal requests related to one’s own employment relationship (these should be sent to the relevant HR department);
  • Complaints regarding service disruptions caused by CICSA Srl’s activities (these should be directed to the company’s dedicated departments)
